Yorkshire Pudding or Pop-Overs

A Word From The Cook

A must with Roast Beef


  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup of Whisked Eggs (3 or 4 eggs)
  • 1 Cup Milk


  1. Pre-heat oven to 450° F
  2. Mix all ingredients in a blender ensuring the batter is thoroughly mixed (no lumps).
  3. Leave the batter to rest at room temperature.
  4. Pour about 1/4 ” of oil into tall muffin tins.
  5. Put the muffin tins in the oven to get the oil ‘smoking hot’.
  6. Pour the batter into the muffin tins filling to about 1/2 or 2/3 full.
  7. Pop this into the oven an cook for 30 minutes.   Do not open the oven door during this cooking time.
  8. Remove from oven and serve with roast beef.
