18 Feb Yorkshire Pudding or Pop-Overs
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup of Whisked Eggs (3 or 4 eggs)
- 1 Cup Milk
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 450° F
- Mix all ingredients in a blender ensuring the batter is thoroughly mixed (no lumps).
- Leave the batter to rest at room temperature.
- Pour about 1/4 ” of oil into tall muffin tins.
- Put the muffin tins in the oven to get the oil ‘smoking hot’.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tins filling to about 1/2 or 2/3 full.
- Pop this into the oven an cook for 30 minutes. Do not open the oven door during this cooking time.
- Remove from oven and serve with roast beef.
