27 Jul Spiced Pecans
Ingredients

- 1 Egg White (or 1/8th of a Cup of Cartoned Egg Whites)
- 2 Tbsp White Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Sea Salt (crystals)
- 1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 lb Pecans (Whole)

- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- Whisk the Egg White and Sugar in a large bowl ensuring it is well mixed
- Add the Salt and Cayenne Pepper and whisk until blended
- Add the Pecans and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread on greased baking sheet (or parchment covered sheet)
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Remove and let cool completely
