Spiced Pecans

A Word From The Cook

“Intended for salads, but hard to resist eating them alone!”


    • 1 Egg White (or 1/8th of a Cup of Cartoned Egg Whites)
    • 2 Tbsp White Sugar
    • 1 Tbsp Sea Salt (crystals)
    • 1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
    • 1 lb Pecans (Whole)



      1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
      2. Whisk the Egg White and Sugar in a large bowl ensuring it is well mixed
      3. Add the Salt and Cayenne Pepper and whisk until blended
      4. Add the Pecans and toss to coat evenly.
      5. Spread on greased baking sheet (or parchment covered sheet)
      6. Bake for 15 minutes
      7. Remove and let cool completely
