27 Jul Guacamole
- 1 Avacodo (peeled, pitted and mashed)
- 2 – 3 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
- 3 Tbsp Salsa
- 1 Lime (Juice only)
- Place the avacado into a medium bowl. Mash to a creamy texture.
- Add the garlic and salsa and continue mixing.
- Place the guacamole into a serving dish and place the pit of the avacado on top of the guacamole to keep the ‘guac’ from going brown.
