27 Jul Cherry Poppin’ Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Tbsp Dried Basil
- 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes (or any and various small tomatoes)
- 1/2 Tsp White Sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Sprig Fresh Basil (for garnish)
- In a medium skillet, melt the butter (over medium / high heat).
- Add the tomatoes, basil, sugar and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add the salt and pepper for taste.
- Cook for about another minute – tomatoes will blister slightly (don’t overcook).
- Garnish with fresh basil
