“A good way to use the crusts of the G.F. loaf, and ensure that you have truly G.F. (homemade) breadcrumbs instead of store bought ones.”


1 Loaf G.F. Bread (just using the crusts that have been cut off after making Gluten Free Croutons)


  1. Remove the crusts from all slices of the G.F. Bread as you are making the Gluten Free Croutons.
  2. Also use both end crusts
  3. Preheat oven to 350° F
  4. Place the crusts on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
  5. Remove and grind the pieces up in a food processor until desire consistency for bread crumbs.
  6. Pour back onto baking sheet and let cool on counter for at least 30 minutes.
