Many of you know that we’ve had a 2nd place at Mont Tremblant for about 3 years. It was always our intention to share it with friends not through Air B & B or VRBO but via word of mouth and recommendations from family and friends.
We now think we have it at a point where we are ready to do just that (Covid did delay our plans). The key is that it won’t be a true rental property – it will continue to be our 2nd home that we will continue to use ourselves and make sure that it feels loved, lived in, like home and has all of the touches that makes it a special place.
When we are not using it, or when someone like yourselves or your ‘recommended’ friends want to use it we will make it available at fair and less than market rates – “family and friends rate”.
