Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic smashed and chopped
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 -4 grinds of sea salt
- 4 -5 grinds of pepper
- 1 tsp of olive oil (for topping)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the olive oil to combine well.
- Refridgerate for 3 -4 hours prior to serving.
- Makes about 1/2 cup.
- Can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge for 2 -3 days.
