12 Dec Maple Garlic Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
Marinade:
- 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 3 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
- 5-6 grinds of black pepper
- 1 Cup Maple Syrop
- 1 Pork Tenderloin (about 2 lbs)
Instructions
- Combine Dijon, Sesame oil, Garlic, Pepper and Maple Syrop and mix to combine.
- Place the Tenderloin in a large sealable plastic bag and pour the marinade in. Massage into the Tenderloin and refridgerate overnight.
- Preheat the BBQ to a Medium-Low heat
- Remove Tenderloin from the marinade just before cooking.
- Place the remaining marinade into a small saucepan, cook this for about 5 minutes on medium.
- BBQ the Tenderloin on medium-low for about 20 -25 minutes. Basting frequently with the remaining marinade. Inside temperature should be about 145.
- Remove and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy.
