Roasted Almonds

A Word From The Cook



  • 3 Cups Raw Almonds (skins on)
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ground Himalayan Salt (5 – 6 grinds)


  1. Combine almonds, oil and salt in a bowl and mix well to coat.
  2. Place in a 350°oven on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 13 minutes.
  4. Cool by removing the almonds from the baking sheet leaving them on the parchment paper to dry.
