Candied Walnuts

  • 2 Cups Walnut Pieces
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Honey


  1. Melt the butter in a skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients (walnuts, brown sugar and honey)
  3. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and spread onto parchment paper to cool.   Separate the walnuts before they are cooled.
