27 Jul BBQ Sausage, Vegetables, Goat Cheese and Balsamic Reduction Sheet Dinner
Ingredients
- 6 Italian Sausages (I like to use 2 per person)
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Zucchini (cut lengthwise into ribbons, then sliced into pencils)
- 1 Broccoli Crown (using on the flowerettes)
- 1/2 Purple Onion (quartered)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Balsamic Reduction
- 1 pkg Goats Cheese (small package, crumbled)stry (or hand made pastry to cover the top of the pie)
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 425°
- BBQ the sausages for about 15 minutes to leave grill marks and a BBQ flavour (set aside)
- Combine the vegetables and Olive Oil in a large bowl and stir to coat the vegetables
- Place the Vegetables on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes
- Remove from Oven and add the sausages (sliced into 1/4 inches slices) and mix with vegetables
- Return to Oven and bake for another 5 minutes
- Remove from Oven and add the goat’s cheese
- Return to Oven and back for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with a balsamic reduction drizzled over the plated vegetables and sausage.
